First, sorry, I can not type in Chinese due to I do not have Chinese software and the inputking.com can not get in now.
My mother got her Green Card last year (teacher 8 and Pijiang help a lot, I really appreciate) and she went back China on Oct. 21, 2011. She supposed to come back the US before April 21. 2012. However, she is not feeling well recently and can not come back in couple of months.
My questions are:
1. Does she have to come back in half year since she left the US, in order to keep the GC?
2. If #1 is true, can I do something to let her be qualified to get in the US in few months? Otherwise, the GC is waste.
