父亲绿卡。为继母申请 I-130 批准快一年了。继母B-2身份在美续签了两次。但I-485排期遥遥无期。请问办了I-130就一定有了移民倾向吗？

-I think so.

I-130可以取消吗？

-Yes, but it does not remove the immigration intent suspection.

取消后，她若回国下次还有望签证来美吗？

-Hard to say. She can just stay in US illegally and then, your father can upgrade his I-130 after he becomes a US citizen (her illegal stay will not affect her I-485 in this case).
