那么我的termination day是不是30天之后呢？
我的final employment date 是不是上星期五？ 还是30天之后？
另外以下是合同内容。请帮我分析一下我能否拿到30天的package?

Termination: The employer or the employee may terminate this agreement at any time upon 30 days written notice to the other party. In either event, the employee, if requested by the employer, shall continue to render her services, and shall be paid her regular compensation up to the date of termination.
Compensation upon termination: Upon any termination of this agreement, the employee shall receive all compensation due to her under this agreement up to the data of termination, such compensation to be paid to her as soon as possible and no later than regularly scheduled payment.

从你的情况来说，你问的日子应该都是上周五的三十天之后。而且你应该得到依合同规定的三十天的Compensation（反之正因为有此Payment，Final Date也应该是三十天之后）。
