请教将刚过世哥哥的孩子带到美国的问题

我哥哥脑出血突然去世, 孩子才12岁不到, 我是美国绿卡, 有可能把他的孩子带到美国去吗? 怎样的一个办理程序, 悲痛中......

能提供帮助的给我发悄悄话好吗?
