请问Pjiang等大侠们，关于父母移民的问题.

今年年底我就可以申请公民，请问是否可以在我绿卡拿满四年零九个月时就可以同时帮我父母递交绿卡申请。他们是否可以持B签证在美合法停留到绿卡批准而不用回国等待。谢谢。
