紧急求助，并在线等。多谢！！！请版主手下留情
BoyFriend 因和我争执而弄伤我，
我因为去看医生被护士报警，但我没有对警察做任何陈述，也并未指控BF。
而且我一再强调：如果警方要采取任何行动的话，我不允许他们拍照，留纪录。
警方也答应了，还让我当场写下“I would not press charges against my BF."
。
但是现在，警察根据验伤报告逮捕并起诉了我的BF：Simple assault.
我觉得我被警察欺骗了，或者被Misleading了。
根据法律咨询论坛的同类贴子，我们昨天去了County 的Prosecutors Office, 而且
跟District Attorney 和Assistant Prosecutor 谈过了，那位Assistant Prosecutor建
议我BF到法庭上要求要一位Marriage Consulor 给他咨询，通常咨询三到六个月，
如果改正效果良好，该家庭暴力案就会被dismiss掉。因为我BF上庭是在Municipal
Court 上，而给建议的是州高级法院的Assistant Prosecutor，不知道她的建议能
不能采纳。
我的BF坚持认为不能采纳，他认为Assistant Prosecutor是在诱供，如果承认需要
Marriage Consulor，就等同于认罪，所以他决不会承认。而且想让我写个Statement
说明我的伤是自己弄的。因为是警察起诉我BF，我作为Victim, 暂时不需要我上庭。
但是我觉得我被警察欺骗了，或者被Misleading了，我不想再跟警察打交道了，只
想把Case dismiss /drop 掉。
因为今天是Election Day, 政府部门都不上班，我没法跟直接参与此案的Municipal
Prosecutor 去谈。
请教单身老猫和法居士， 在这种情况下，
(1) 需要曾样做才会把案件的影响缩到最小？
(2) 要不要采纳County Assistant Prosecutor 的建议， 如果这样作会象她说的那
样么？ 那么我的BF 的Criminal record 会怎样？
(3) 另外谁能推荐好的Attorney 办理在NJ的Criminal Case的？
希望大家能给些诚恳的建议。 在此先多谢了。

另外，我BF昨天在County Assistant Prosecutor的面前态度表现很不好，
以致后来County Assistant Prosecutor单独跟我说我的BF需要一点教训。
但是又安慰我说不会seriously punish him.
我不知道该如何理解。
而且我担心BF 态度强硬。情形会更糟糕。
