我父母现在在美国探亲，持B2签证。我想申请姐姐和她儿子夏天来美国探亲，也算是family reunion吧。有几个问题想问问：

1.在填写160表时，我姐姐是否需要如实填写父母正在美国？

这会影响她的签证吗？

-No.

本人是美国公民，但家人无移民打算。

2.怎么证明我和姐姐的关系？

出生公证？

-Correct. Your sister's birth certificate and yours showing the same parents' names verify the family relationship.
