今天辞职，给了公司30notice,明天还是公司的员工吗？

应该今天转H4呢？ 还是30天后再转？

-Had better do it now beccause USCIS takes time to approve your H4, anyway. Before your H4 is approved, your status is still H1 until you leave the company formally.
