老婆香港出生。
我在申请绿卡。EB2.
有三个问题。
1. 因为老婆的身份。I-485 EB2 应该是有名额。我是否可以因此一起提交 I140和I485?

一起提交 I140和I485是否会加快进程？

-Yes.

大概能快多少？

-Don't know.
2. I140 的 premium processing 会让进程快多少？
-It is helpful, but not very much because I-485 processing takes time even if I-140 is approved quickly.

3. 老婆H1B, 准备辞职。已经提交了I539，改H4. USCIS已经收到申请。老婆应该何时向公司辞职？H4批准以后， 或之前也可以？
