我的问题是：1.可以将所有文件扫描后用电子邮件寄出吗？

2. 所有的公证书等都必须寄原件吗？可不可以寄一份COPY到面试时再出示原件？
-You may just go to the bank to notarize the phtocopy of the document by writing soemthing like "This is the true copy of the orinial document" in the photocopy. Then, send this notarized photocopy to NVC.
