What is typical waiting time for jointly filed i130/i485 for par

Hello teachers/experienced students;

    I want to know the answser since I will have to reschedule my Mom's air tickets in advance (from US to China). Some people said 3 months, is it typical? What're likely the events after the filing, e.g., finger printing?
