8老师，皮老师，您好。

我去年底递交了I-485，后来认识了一个国内的女孩。本来准备过一个星期回去，在国内结婚，一起签证(H1B/H4)，来美国。可是，忽然昨天，我的绿卡被通知批了。

-This is not good news for you.

现在，需要面临很多不确定的因素。我的问题，有以下几个：

1.      1.   如果按照既定的计划结婚，将来，对方来美国签证B2的可能性有多大？

-Normally it should be fine, but it is difficult to say

2.      2. 我可以回到美国后，为她立即办理第二类优先，一般需要多久，她才能有绿卡？

-Based on current visa bulletin, it takes about 2.5 to 3 years.

3.     3.  如果我不为她办理第二类优先，是不是能让她的B2签证的通过率大一些？

-Yes. The problem is she can not stay for enough time with B2 status in US to get the green card unless she change her status from B2 to F-1, etc. or wait for you get your US citizenship.

4.      4.  同样的，按照计划结婚了，有学校录取，她申请F1签证通过的几率大么？比B2如何呢？

-F-1 is better chance than B2, but you can not file I-130 (F2A) for her before she enters US.

5.       5. 如果，先不结婚，等她申请B2或者F1成功后，在美国结婚，再为她申请绿卡，是否可行呢？

-This is much better chance for her to get the B2 or F1.

是不是，如果是B2，到期后一定得回去？

-B2 noramlly only 6 months and can extend for another 6 months (total 1 year). She can change her status from B2 to F1 within US.

如果是F1，还能在这里？

-Yes because F-1 can last several years.

6.       6. 结婚还是先不结婚，对两人在一起，哪一个更有效些？

-Had better enter US with F-1 before marriage, then get married and apply for the green card. But after you file I-130 for her, she can not go out of US. Otherwise,  she may not be allowed to enter US due to immigration intent.
