回复：急问皮8大师，父母绿卡

给父母办过绿卡，但是忘了过程。现在要给岳父母办，有问题急问：

岳父母现在美国，B2来美，今天应该离境，今天必须寄出绿卡文件。

-Not "今天必须寄出绿卡文件". Their unlawyful presence does not affect their green card application. So, they can apply for green card any time under your wife's sponsor.

问题：

1。需要填写表格：I-130， I-864， I-325   I-485， 还有其他表格吗？

-I-693 (i.e. physical examination report)

2。同时递交130和485，申请费用多少？

-$420 for I-130; $1070 for I-485 (including biometric fee).

好像可以省点美刀。

-Not different.

3。同时递交的材料：I-130：我的公民证，证明父女母女关系，

-Your wife, right? Your wife's bith certificate also.

                   I-485：岳父母护照，签证，

                   护照照片，支票

     还有其他材料需要递交吗？

-Their birth certificates, I-94, copy of the B2 visa, parent's marriage certificate (for father I-485).
