I got mail below today, 485 has been approved and mailed to me. But I did not take FP yet recently. Is this normal?

-Do you mean you have never done any biometrics for your I-485 after you filed I-485? If so, that is weird.---- This is what I got ! I did not receive the biometrics notice yet after I filed 485 on 1/3.

-Probably you will receive the fingerprinting ntocie very soon even if after your I-485 was approved. Without fingerprinting, they can not produce your green card. Also, they need your fingerpringting to do the background check before they produce the card.

I am the 主申请人，my wife is 副申请人, but she received her biometrics to take FP on 4/2 last friday. 

We both got EAD without FP in last week.

-EAD does not need fingerprinting.
