Standard letter is also OK as long as it addresses his title, duties, salary and indicates the job has no definite term and he (your spouse) has the expectation to be employed continually. His current salary deos not matter that much because the prevail wage is the one after getting green card.

如果standard letter上面没有你说的definite term and employed contitually怎么办？

我想知道如果被拒了，我们的身份状态会如何？我老公的h1明年6年到期，

485被拒过会影响h1 renewal?公司会继续帮我们2，3年后递交吗？
