我在transfer H1的过程中， 为了防止gap, 律师让我申请了B2， 但H1的申请在最后一天按期送出了， 可是我在拿到新的H1的I94 以后3个月拿到了B2的I94， 但已过期。 我前一个H1到期日是08/31/2012， B2是从04/16/2011到04/26/2011，新的H1是从04/27/2011到08/31/2012. 我的问题是，

1 我现在递485时， 要交B2的I-94吗?

-Yes. Provide all the I-94s and approval notices (Old H1, B2 and new H1).

2.B2 会影响我的申请吗?

-No. Only ten days B2 does not affect anything even if your work in that period of 10 days was illegal (if you worked).
