about my parents greed card interview

I sponser my parents to apply for green cards and they will have an interview. Their interview is the same day but different time (one is at 10am and another is at 10:30 am). I want to be their translator. Can I be their translator? Will they be interviewed at the same time? Do we need two translators (one for my mom and one for my dad)?
