-3 days is not enough for him to file I-485 including 体检. USCIS has to receive his I-485 before he leaves. So, he had better leaves US after he mails the I-485 out for 3 to 4 days using overnight express mail. If he leave US before USCIS receives his I-485, his I-485 will be denied later.
My suggestion is that he may come to US later when he has enough time or just simply apply for the immigration visa in China after you get your green card (you file I-824 for him in this case).
处境后, I-94就收了, 会影响EAD卡AP卡么? 我准备让他下次回来打指纹, 再回去. 那么在申请其间, 就会有几个不同I-94号码, 有影响吗?
-Dpends on what visa he uses to enter US and reneter US. If he uses H4 visa, he will be fine to travel to China after he files I-485. But he can not enter US with B1/B2 visa again, otherwise his I-485 will be void (he may not get the B2 visa or the CBP officer may not allow him to enter US due to immigration inten).
