帮妈妈申请b2延期。1月9号填的电子表格：2月29收到uscis邮件通知需要additional evidence，要求如下：
“Your application lack documentation regarding eligibility requirements to establish that you qualify for the benefit you are requesting. In order to process your application, additional evidence is needed.
Part 4, additional information of Form I-539 requests applicants to provide their foreign address. on your application you have provided an address that is within the United States. Therefore, please provide a statement indication your foreign address.”
问题：1。uscis的意思是，缺的document只是statement of foreign address吗？（仔细检查i539，发现地址给错了，填成美国地址了）。还需要提供什么别的材料吗？
2。提供补充材料需要注意什么？
