我想把母亲办移民来美国和我同住，她已经八十多，一个人在中国不放心。

-If your mother is in US now,  you can file I-130 and she file I-485 together. If she is in China, you can only file I-130 and then, she can apply for the immigreation visa in the US Consulate in Guangzhou.

不想找律师，不知道需要怎样的手续和表格。希望办过的游子们，给一点借鉴。
