    我们在国内的时候绿卡批了，回来之前我在这里咨询过两位老师，您的建议是，在入关的时候想移民的官员说清楚。

    我们昨天入关的时候按照老师的建议，向移民的官员出示了AP， 并说明了在出差的时候绿卡已经批了，并出示了律师收到的approval notice（复印件）， 但移民官员态度非常不好，还是按我们AP让我们入境的，并给了新的I94

-This CBP officer is really stupid.

   象我们这种情况，现在可以做什么弥补吗？ 绿卡renew的时候会有问题吗？

-You need to go to the CBP local Deferred Inspection Site/Office to fix it. Bring your passport, green card, AP and I-94 there and explain what happened during your travel. Then, they will change your status form Parolee to permanent resident (green card holder).
