三月份的 Visa Bulletin 第一段写到:

"Allocations were made, to the extent possible, in chronological order of reported priority dates, for demand received by February 8th."

请问这是说只有在2月8号以前收到的I-485申请才会在3月份处理吗? 可是3月份Visa Bulletin的是在2月8号才贴出来的. 2月8号之前连我的Priority Date是否会到3月"当前"都不晓得,怎么可能在2月8号前递交I-485呢?

请各位大侠解释一下这个"2月8号",不胜感激!

-That means USCIS received the visa bulletin (immigration visa number availability) for March from the Dept. of Sate and announced it on Feb. 8.
