1145, but don't receive email and cell phone confirmation

I have I-1145 concluded, which said 24 hr confirmtion of recept. but I don't receive email and/or cell phone confirmation after 4 bussiness day of express mail delivered , is it normal? If not, what should I do to know if they correctly received? Thanks a lot!
