我1月3日提交的485，昨天收到e-mail通知我的EAD已ordered. 我的老板is running out of money so I will be laid off by May 6th. 

 My question is : could I take a part-time job (70%) using my EAD card?

-Yes.

Could I take a little bit low level job , such as research assitant ( now I am research assciate)?  

-Yes.

Will  these issue affect my 485' approval?

-No as long as the new job is still in the same/similar area, but had better be full-time job. So, just look for a job from now on.
