I-485表上, 我作为INTERPRETER翻译签了名, 在PART　６　PREPARER处还要签名吗?

Ｉ－８６４表,　我填了银行存款作为补充ＡＳＳＥＴＳ，　ＳＵＰＰＯＲＴＩＮＧ　ＤＯＣＵＭＥＮＴ可以用银行对帐单吗？　一般要一个月的,　还是３个月,　或是６个月的?

-Go to the bank to ask them to give you an account summary statement if you want to use your deposit as part of the financial support for your parents' green card application. If you have enough salary income for the support, don't need to provide this kind of information.
