请问8老师: 律师办完I-140后应该给正式收据吗？

-What kind of 收据 do you mean? Is it your payment to the lawyer for service fee and you expect to get the 收据 from the lawyer? If so, you may ask the lawyer to give it to you. If you mean the I-140 filing receipt, some lawyer may give a copy to you, some may not because the I-140 filing receipt belongs to your employer unless your I-140 is NIW/EB1.
