我在别的论坛看到有人说律师讲最好不要出境，到AP批后再出，否则会有麻烦，原因之一是“你已提交的VISA 和I94
会无效(is not valid)”，是真的吗？

-Sorry, just ignore my above common because I did not notice you are filing change of status application. YOu need to use premium processing to get the H1 approved before you leave and not need to wait for the AP application. Then, just apply for the H1 visa to come back.
