我于1月3日提交了485，一周后收到了receipts for I-485, I-131 and I-765.两周后，收到了第二个receipt for I-131, 但没有收到第二个receipt for I-765. 请两位老师指点，这种情况正常吗？

-I am confused why you applied for the second AP and EAD when the first one is still pending.

我的情况很特殊， 老师可能还记得我， 我丈夫一月初病危，我持加急AP回国（我丈夫还是走了），返美后，我们学校international office 的人一定要我的EAD才肯让我工作，尽管我有valid H1B, 所以我很需要尽快拿到EAD.

-I am very sorry to hear that your hu*****and passed away. You are qualifed to work without EAD and I remember we discussed this before, right? I remember I have given you the link of the USCIS document about H1 holder can continue to work without EAD after using AP to reenter US. Do you still have that information? If so, may just show the document to your HR.
