150 days waiting period for EAD for asylum applicant

My old asylum application was denied and a removal order was issued 6 years ago. I now filed a motion to re-open my case with a new asylum application. My question is: Do I still need to wait for 150 days to apply for EAD after I receive the receipt of my new asylum application? Thank you very much for your answers.
