I am looking for jobs now. With TN visa, I could always get a lot interviews and offers, but with H1B, no body want to go forward. In my case, I do not need re-cap(Had H1B before). Is this just the money issue or something else? Thanks.
-It is money issue. The H1 petition cost is much much higher than TN and also the employer needs to pay the H1 employee at the prevail wage level, but no such requirement for TN holder.
