一定要每年在美国呆6个月以上吗?我母亲只是需要绿卡,并不打算申请公民.多谢!

-Had better do that. Of course, she occasionally can stay in China for > 6 months < 1 year unless she has reentry permit which allows her to stay in China for > 1 year < 2 years.
