Hi Teacher 863211,

Do you know the email address and fax number of USCIS NSC?

I am going to link my pending I-485 with tne new approval EB2 I-140 througn phone, fax ,email and mail at the same time.

-YOu have to write to request the I-485 relink, and phone, fax or email will not work.
