我怎么从网上查到说目前因为没有协定，中国大陆的美国使馆不能办理TD。见下：

到底可不可以在国内办理TD呢，我宁愿相信您说的是对的，谁来帮帮我，真的很头痛
-Some people even can not get the H1 visa in China, and it does not mean you can not apply for the H1 visa in China. Of course your wife can get the TD visa in China or any US Consulate in the world.
