记得单位给办的EB3,排期是2008年底,最近律师又通知说最后一项485表正在启动办理,让准备材料,本人还不在美国,到底怎么回事,排期到了吗?请问大虾们能帮解释一下否?

-I think the lawyer thought your I-140 was EB2. So, just tell him/her your I-140 is EB3 and the 排期 is long time to go to be current.
