请问出生公证可以在美国办吗,


-Do you have the true 出生证? If yes, you can just translate it in US and provide it. If no, you need to do it in China by getting the 证明from 街道办事处 or 派出所 and then,go to 公证处 to 公证 证明.


如果不行能让父母在国内代办吗?


-Yes.


必须回出生地办理吗,还是户口所在地?


-either one is fine, whichever is convenient to you.
