回复：请教8老师和皮老师关于在uscis网站找不到case的问题

1月5号的RD。2个申请人，email里收到了6个receipt number。纸的receipt却只收到了4个。

但是用这6个number去uscis的网站上查case status，连查了一个月了， 却一直查不到。

说是：Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again.

 

请问这种情况正常么？需要做什么呢？

 -Normal. Sometimes USCIS do not put your data into online status check system in time. You may call USCIS to check the case status.

另外，一直没收到FP。
