I-485 RFE about birth certificate and prior marriage termination

I received a RFE for birth certificate. I had included the notorial cerficate of birth day, parents' names. I don't know why USCIS asked again.

2. RFE also asked for evidence of prior marriage termination evidence. I had included a notorial certificate to show the prior marriage was terminated. Why they asked again.

From the letters, it seems CIS didn't receive those documents, but I am they were included.
