1。 刚刚拿到一个公司的Offer（不是大学），公司决定给我申请H1B，正常需要多长时间？

2。 如果H1B配额全部用完，要等到4月1号才可以申请，然后10月1 号才可以开始工作。这是真的吗？-True.

3。 公司Offer里希望我从4月初开始工作，他们不知道现在H1B的情况吗？我该怎么样跟公司谈这件事情？

4。 如果申请H1B1不占名额可以申请，但是去了美国后不可以办移民，是不是说就没有机会申请绿卡？

-You of course have big change to get the green card in US. Like F1, B1/B2, J1/J2 visa applicants, the H1B1 visa applicant has to show he/she has non-immigration intent, but it does not mean he/she can not be allowed to apply for the green card in US in the future. Many of people came to US with F-1/F2, B1/B2 visa, but they obtained the green card later.

-Yes.

成功机会有多大？

-Yes. Because H1B quota are not availble for 2012, but I believe H1B1 quota are still available. So, it is good choice for you to apply for the H1B1 visa if you are qualified for it. H1B1 visa application only needs the employer offer letter and LCA, not need USCIS approval, i.e. not need I-129 filing and USCIS approval notice. So, you can get the H1B1 visa in two to three weeks. Unlike H1B holder who can be allowed to work for up to 3 years at a time, H1B1 holder may be allowed to work in US for up to one year at a time, but you can extend your H1B1 status before your H1B1 I-94 expires or change your H1B1 to H1B.
