-Yes because the child is less than 18 years old, but need to apply for the immigration visa in China.

 因为没法回国和小孩共同生活两年， 所以只能希望能把她带来美国然后再共同生活。 

-Try to get H4 or B2 visa to enter US and live with you for two years. Then, go to China to apply for the immigration visa if you get the green card during the two years.
