请教：关于I-130表中 Other information 的疑问

我几年前曾帮大妹一家移民。现在在帮小妹一家移民，只有她们一家人3口，没别人。I-130表上填了小妹的丈夫和女儿的名字，生日等。

想再确定一下，这里要填No，因为这次只有小妹一家，没别人。

应该填 Yes.为大妹一家移民。
If "Yes," give name, place and date of filing and result.
我的问题是：place and date of filing 是指我当年自己家所在地（现已搬家）和I-130收据时间吗？还是当年移民局的收信地址：芝加哥？
