My wife changed job (from full time to part time and in different department) but same employer. So, I don't know if the previous H1 is still valid or not(valid on 2013)? Which date I can fill on the form I-485?

1. the one on the previous H1 (2013)? if it is valid.

2. the one on the visa stamp on the passport(2012)?

3. the one on the pending H1(2012)?
