请教法居士或其他人-green card Q

I-485 proved on March 04, I-551 (tempetary stamp) stamped on Mar. 24 2004. Haven't received my official green card yet ( no address change). Questions:
1. is this taking too long?
2. where should I contact to ask, the local office or the Nebraska Center (I'm in Minnesota)
3. if I haven't received before next March, can I renew my stamp?
