是不是我赶在25日之前file了485和申请了AP就没有问题了?

但是我想我肯定在2月25日之前拿不到AP啊, 那你的意思是就等着AP下来之后 再回国?就算已经超了180天了, 也没事?
-Your unlawful presence will be frozen on the date you file your I-485 and will never be > 180 days unless you work illegally after you file your I-485 if you file I-485 before Feb. 25 (had better file it on Feb. 1). You can not work without EAD after you file I-485 unless you fix your I-94 at the CBP office or get the H1 visa in China to reenter US. So, apply for the EAD and AP together when you file your I-485
