我2月1日应该就可以交485了,是不是我只要在2月25日让移民局收到我的485就OK了?

-Yes, based on my understanding of the 245(k). But you need to justify your case is eligible for 245(k) benefits in the cover letter. Also, you had better go to the CBP local Deffered Inspection Office to see whether they can fix your I-94 before you file I-485. If it works, you do not need 245(k) benefits. If no, just file your I-485 before your unlawyful presence > 180 days.
