我(H1)老婆(H4)正准备I-485材料：
１。我有国内出具出生公证，可老婆没有。请问老婆的出生证明是否必需？

-Yes. Must need it.

如果必需可否请人在国内代办？

-Yes, of course. Just ask the local 派出所 or 街道办事处开证明 and then, go to the 公证处 to do the 公证.

 

２。我们有国内民政局出具的结婚证。如果我自己翻译成英文是否有效？

-Had better ask one of your friend to translate it into English and then, got to the bank to notarize your friend's signature. Your friend also need to write a statement that he/she knows both English and Chinese very well.

３。是否可以先提交I-485和G-325a，是否可以在收到RFE后再提交I-693 (Medical Examination)？

-Yes, and wait for RFE. But had better provide it at the beginning to make your case processed faster.
