请问我申请绿卡的成功几率有多大,谢谢!

本人情况如下:
本科专业: 物理
研究生专业: 物理,研究与军工有关的项目.
博士: 电气工程(其实更偏向物理).3篇英文文章,10篇中文文章.(2001年底毕业)
2002年初到美国做博士后至今:4篇期刊文章已发表(2篇第一作者,2篇第二作者),另外有几篇会议文章.
请问申请绿卡的成功率大吗?
