    thanks for your quick reply.

    i am now kind of confused: my attorney told me that if i submit 485 in EB2 next month, then it is waste of money; the more worse is that the immigration officers may turn down/ drop my new 485 form because they have 485 in Eb1B.

the attorney try to file some application,under CSPA applying to use 485 in EB1B for Eb2. - CSPA will not help your kid in any circumstance with regard to EB-1. ( ==> 可怜天下父母心)

    please help me out! I need to submit new 485 next month, right? really
