    thanks for your quick reply.

    i am now kind of confused: my attorney told me that if i submit 485 in EB2 next month, then it is waste of money; the more worse is that the immigration officers may turn down/ drop my new 485 form because they have 485 in Eb1B.

the attorney try to file some application,under CSPA applying to use 485 in EB1B for Eb2. 

    please help me out! I need to submit new 485 next month, right? really
