please answer my urgent question

sorry to bother you again, i really hope to get a sure answer.

in my I140 form,

there 3 dates: Priority Date 3/26/2009,  receipt date 2/4/2010, notice date 3/22/2010
the question is how many days can be extended for the 21 yesars old daughter? 

 

it is 2/4/2010 or  3/22/2010 - 3/26/2009?

the caculation in this link is right or wqrong?  it uses priority day.
