谢谢两位的指导。

我刚刚看了I-90的instruction. 对于问题3它是这么讲的：

list the location of the U.S. embassy orconsulate or USCIS office where you filed your application for an immigration visa and adjustment of status.

-Just put Texas or Nabraska Service Center there which you sent your I-485 to if you got your green card by filing I-485. If you got your immigration visa in China, not filing I-485 in US, then put "Guangzhou, China" there.
